1. Overview

Welcome to Little Things and More! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
We strive to offer a thoughtful and personalised experience for every customer. Should you have any questions, please contact us — we’re happy to help.


2. Products and Personalisation

Each item is created with care and, where applicable, customised to your specifications.
Please ensure that all spelling, names, colours, and design details are correct before confirming your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
Images on our website are for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly from the final product.


3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout. Orders are confirmed only once payment reflects in our account.

  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Credit/Debit Card
    • PayJustNow / Payflex (where available)
    • EFT (on request)


4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Delivery times vary based on product type, customisation, and location:

  • Personalised items: 7–14 working days

  • Standard items: 3–5 working days

You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
Delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control, but we’ll always assist where possible.
Please notify us if your order is urgent before placing it.


5. Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are personalised or made to order, returns are handled with care and on a case-by-case basis.

5.1 Personalised / Custom Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on personalised products unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

5.2 Standard Products

Non-personalised items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return courier fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

  2. Provide clear photos of the issue.

  3. Once verified, we’ll gladly replace or refund the item.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval.

5.5 Exchanges

Where feasible, exchanges may be arranged for equal or higher-value items. Additional costs apply if the new item is of greater value.


6. Promotions & Seasonal Offers

All promotions, discounts, and combo deals are subject to availability and valid for the period specified.
Promotional items may not be exchanged or refunded unless defective.


7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us.
We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and will never share or sell your personal details to third parties.
All personal data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
